For quote requests, we evaluate your part geometry, operating conditions, and material requirements before responding with a compound recommendation and pricing. For technical questions, you will hear back from an engineer, not a sales representative.
If your inquiry involves a custom compound, a non-standard size, or an application we need more information on, we may reach out with follow-up questions before quoting. Attaching a drawing or dimensioned sketch to your inquiry eliminates most back-and-forth and accelerates the quote process significantly.
