By using either compression, transfer, or injection molding, we can produce your product design using many different types of rubber polymers including EPDM, FKM or fluoroelastomer (Viton), nitrile (NBR), HNBR, polyurethane, fluorosilicone, chloroprene (Neoprene), SBR, HCR silicone, Hypalon, butyl, and natural rubber.
We are capable of providing quality rubber compounds which are mixed well using intermeshing and tangential mixers to ensure spectacular performance. These can be delivered unvulcanized for your manufacturing process in sheet, strip, or calendered form.
